SOHO SQUARE
Soho Square condominium project was developed to offer homeowners
high-quality living at an affordable price. It has been designed for modern
comforts and contemporary needs.
The style of the building embodies the elements of West Los Angeles and
Santa Monica architecture—modern and streamlined with some industrial
touches.
There are three courtyards designed in a minimalist and urbane style. One
has intimate “nooks” with a fire pit, a second courtyard has
a large gathering area centered around two fireplaces and the third courtyard
is near
the lobby, a place to meet guests.
A number of eco-friendly materials, fixtures and construction techniques
have been implemented throughout Soho Square. Efforts were made to select
features that are organic or of recycled material.
The units at Soho Square are compact, have efficient layouts and are pre-wired
for today’s technological needs.
There are two types of units, each with a variety of floor plans to choose
from:
• Two-level Live/Work Lofts on the ground floor
• Two Bedroom/Two
Bath Units on the second, third and penthouse floors
Live/Work Lofts are designed for people who opt to work from home, skip
the commute and lower their carbon footprint—or for those simply
just looking for a more “lofty” style of living.
There are open walkways and landscaped light wells throughout the building
that filter in natural light and cool ocean air. The building embraces
the indoor-outdoor lifestyle of Los Angeles and its weather with year-round
sun and blue skies.
There is a concierge in the lobby for convenience and a closed-circuit
TV monitoring system for safety. There are cameras in the subterranean
garage, stair exits and the lobby.
